Coming early next year, Spring will be coming to Northeast Florida when Solid Earth publishes a new version of RealtyWeb.Net. The Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (NEFMLS) chose Solid Earth to build the new site, which has been a staple of the online real estate scene in the Jacksonville area for twenty years. The site was launched in April of 1995 featuring “5191 photographs and 8000 properties available!!!”

RealtyWeb.Net has long been a leader in digital real estate marketing in North Florida. The new site will be another innovation in a long line of innovative benefits for RealtyWEB.Net members. The new site, based on the level of access, will offer consumers, customers, and RealtyWEB.Net members the ability to easily find and flip through photos, map properties, save searches and perform other business functions all on one website. The new site will be built entirely on the Spark API from FBS and will operate alongside the FlexMLS™ application that RealtyWEB.Net uses to power their back-office property operations. Spring will allow consumers, customers and, RealtyWEB.Net member/subscribers to have an alternate way to search and manage their property and client information all from one website.

A key feature of Spring allows consumers to “connect” to a member. When they choose a member and register to create an account. The consumer contact information subsequently visible in the member’sFlexMLS™ contacts. The consumer’s comments and questions are also routed to the chosen member.
